There are shops and festivity that is
characteristic of all Rajasthani fairs. The bubbling people who throng
to the fair in their colorful attire certainly add the charms to this
gala occasion. Body tattooing is the favorite indulgence of the people
and the fair features troupes of Gair dancers dressed in brightly hued
attires and a style, which is typical to the area from where they come.
The horse show is the unique feature of the fair that attracts tourists
and one can see hundreds of 'Marwari' horses at the fair that have been
well-bred and trained to perform tricks and dance to the beats of drums
with the characteristic local rhythm.
