Formerly known as the 'Maand Festival', Marwar Festival showcases the art and culture of Jodhpur and is devoted totally to songs and dance of the Marwar region. 'Maand' is a classical style of folk music that focuses on the romance and chivalry of the rulers of Rajasthan.

These folk performers bring to life the myth and folklores of the region and sing songs in remembrance of the valiant heroes.
